The service
Banter provides an AI assistant that participates in WhatsApp groups you connect. The service is provided as-is; features and limits per plan are described on the pricing page and may evolve.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to add a bot to the groups you connect and that group members are aware of it. You agree not to use Banter for spam, harassment, illegal content, or to message people without consent. We may suspend workspaces that abuse the service or jeopardize the platform.
Third-party platforms
Banter connects to WhatsApp as a regular participant and is not affiliated with WhatsApp LLC or Meta. Availability depends on the WhatsApp platform; interruptions outside our control (including number restrictions) may occur. We work to restore service quickly, including switching to a new number, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Billing
Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from the billing portal, taking effect at the end of the billing period. Usage limits reset monthly.
AI-generated content
Bot replies and images are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or inappropriate despite safeguards. You control the bot's personality and features; content generated in your groups is your responsibility to moderate.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
